A bit of a video game reference, STORY MODE is meant to reflect an open-world role-playing game - except it consists of humans in streetwear. By choosing a loadout - a hat, tote, tee, hoodie, etc. - from our catalog, you spawn in as a new character in an open-world streetwear community for human encounter. 

STORY MODE is a streetwear community on a mission to spread real life human encounter. We exist for encounter. Our community is STORY MODE. The whole world is our IRL server. The outfits are our loadouts. We are a bunch of characters in an open-world game of human encounters. We are ambassadors for real life human encounter.

STORY MODE streetwear is code for: "Hey, let's connect." Our dream is that two people wearing STORY MODE can bump into each other, recognize the merch, say hello and instantly connect as fellow members of our streetwear community ;)

The slogans on our outfits are meant to be inviting, playful, and inspirational, so that humans can take interest, say hello, and authenticate through personal encounter - this is the essence of playing STORY MODE. Our goal is to spread IRL human encounter. 

In an age of digital noise, machines and algorithms, STORY MODE is mission-driven, promoting face-to-face human encounter and a healthy relationship with tech. 

Tech is not bad. It just has to be used properly. People are not to be used. They ought to be loved. At STORY MODE, we love people and use tech - like our website - to spread a culture of real life human encounter.

Greetings, fellow humans. This is the Founder writing. My timeline awaits yours. A story is unfolding. My consciousness is moving at light speed. Stars are aligning in my heart. Machines are everywhere - but the humans are back. We have arrived. Our mothership, STORY MODE, was shot down from the digital realm and landed in real life. Prepare for re-entry. Coming in hot. We are humans. We are from alternate timelines. We came through a wormhole to say hello. We are here for you. We are here for human encounter. This is the Founder writing.
